Dropped by for a Sunday lunch with the family, service was exceptional, we were seated right away and greeted by our waiter, Wilder! who quickly brought water and menus for the table. The place is cozy yet very comfortable. We ordered the Bandeja Paisa, a Sancocho, a Churrasco and an order of Empanadas and everything was excellent, Colombian food doesn’t get much better than this, prices are very good too when you take into account how large the portions are, all the plates were easily enough for 2 people. And can’t forget about the live music performance on Sunday! Overall, great little spot hiding in North Doral, will absolutely come again and I encourage everyone that even mildly likes Colombian food to come by!

Delicious, fresh Colombian food! Service is wonderful and friendly... everything was nice. Stephanie was our server and gave us very good recommendations. People kept coming in and traffic of patrons didn't end. Good, family friendly atmosphere. Definitely come and try it!

We came on a weekend and to our surprise, we were greeted with live music. This was a first time coming to el Machetico. we had a wonderful waitress, named Ari, who was so friendly and helpful. Ari helped me pick between the churrasco or the pollo con champinones — I chose the churrasco- I made a special request to get half of it medium and half well done— the medium won soo delicious. We also got the cazuela de frijoles.... For appetizers we had empanadas, bunuelo, pandebono arepa de choclo, chorizo accompanied by a tiny classic arepa . — and I cut them into little pieces and made a small picada and coconut lemonade and maracuya - passion fruit juice. The service is incredible, the foood was delicous and the ambiente was so relaxed but chic. Love this place ... and it was affordable

Great deal for all you can eat breakfast! 19.95 from 8:00-11:30 Saturday and Sunday with a 90 minute limit. We got there close to 9am and it was sorta empty shortly after people started arriving. It took a little bit to be served but we took pictures. We had two rounds. They were out of dessert so we were kinda disappointed but had a great meal. Looking forward to going back and trying some more items on the menu. Great food, deal and great little gem. Bathrooms have cute comics too.. definitely worth taking pictures

Today was the first time we tried El Machetico Colombian restaurant and it definitely did not disappoint. The food, the vibe and the exceptional service from everyone especially Stefany was outstanding. Thankful my family and I enjoyed everything and will be coming back for sure.

Everything was amazing! The service and food! Honestly didn’t know what I was expecting since I’ve never had Colombian food but as a Mexican I can say all the food was amazing. They also have this delicious spicy sauce which was uniquely flavorful.

Great little quaint Colombian spot. The food was really good, the ambience was mellow and the service was great. Ivonne served us and was wonderful. Not to mention ruin they have cute murals to take selfies at and they provide props. Definitely recommend!
